Dissapointed with progress but not surprised. I know what I have to do but have not committed to doing it. No explaination for that. I have been telling myself to step up the exercise routine. To change things up and increase my time exercising. Have failed at it. Have gone two days in a row without exercising at all. Need to regroup and recommit. Frustrating when you know what to do but don't do it.
