Happy Friday! Although the downward angle of my progress isn't super steep, it is still progress, and more importantly, it's sustainable progress. (top line is body weight, bottom is estimated body fat)
As I draw closer to the goal, the angle flattens, and I am learning that patience and consistency become much more critical than in the earlier stages of my journey. Minor adjustments make more of an impact than they did earlier on.

Wherever you are at in your journey, keep grinding! Setbacks are temporary, as long as we keep pushing forward!

Eat MOSTLY good, Train MOSTLY hard, and don't forget to stay hydrated, friends!
