Slight one day rise in weight, but again I had to weigh in RIGHT AFTER a meal... A large turkey & provolone grinder with all the veggies and a bottle o water still produced less than a lb of gain. I think the salt & water retention theory from the previous large gain weigh in is correct .. 🧂🥜💦.. 🦃 🍞💦
