Pastry weight already coming off! Wish I could back on track as easily. Once I go off plan it's difficult to get back

Fritzy, Usually it does take me a few days to get back on track but I'm trying to maintain so that when I want to splurge I can. Still felt guilty about it though. Nutritionist told me to stop feeling guilty and enjoy and regroup the next few days.💜

Rob, oh joy... not! I have had it since the 90s and for me it's very difficult to regulate. Also, understand that you can have a flare up even though you are taking meds and seem to be regulated. It will wipe you out. I have it pretty bad, so my doctor says...I find that diet and exercise help me alot. Eating as clean as you can is a good thing. Processed is very bad for any autoimmune disease. You need to watch your vitiam D an Bs. They tend to get low with thyroid issues. It's worth googling and finding out what to expect and how to deal with it. I hope yours is mild and you can regulate it easily. Praying for you!🙏🩷

@Diana 1234; thank you. Just found this out today; working with Dr. will have more blood work tomorrow and waiting to hear back from her on the metabolism of food I put into my belly. I try to eat as clean as I can especially with my dietary restrictions that I have.
