Yesterday was Carnival Day in my little burgh (arriba!), the water flowed. Turns out CN for older folks should be just the one carb meal, so the aim is one spike, not three of an evening. This is how I was doing it before I ever heard of Carb Nite, and got seduced away from it by all the cries of #trustheprocess by the acolytes. So, tonight we'll try a mini-spike, cos I wanna, and tomorrow too, then Tuesday we'll gorge last thing. Watch this space!
