Getting back on track. I guess taking 2 days to eat a small piece of cheesecake helped.
150.7 lb Lost so far: 6.3 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice, You lost the two pounds!!!!! Great Job!!!, I am working hard to get a good weigh in this Friday....I still have to work more on exercise other than work walking..... Exercise is my one week point!

I received a Lindt gold bunny (50g) for Easter. I ate the head and ears only (tastiest part of a bunny) which was 18g. I'm not a fan of milk chocolate so that's why stopping at the neck was easy. I am so glad I'm not the impulsive type when it comes to food. I'd be so screwed if I was.
