Got my fiber in and macros in good proportion yesterday and woke up to a much needed (and surprise) 1 lb drop this morning. Yay me! lol. Now 1 down, 9 to go before Christmas. (My Christmas present to myself). Beautiful fall day, going to spend it outside as much as possible. Happy Sunday FS folks!
