A 4-day weekend ending Sunday 9/24, annual family reunion, and LOTS of too good food eaten. A little over 5 pounds was gained, but it is coming off......a whole lot slower than it was put on. Obviously, some of it was salt gain. I didn't even try to record the Saturday afternoon meal. I'm back on the bike plus one day of golf the past 4 days. Average step count for the last 4 days has been 17500 plus. So, hopefully by mid-October the weight will be down below 200. On a much brighter side, we found a hamburger place, Home Run Hamburgers, that has absolutely the best burger I've ever eaten. The meat reminds me of the hamburgers I had as a kid. Delicious. And the fries were HOT, really hot when we got them. I was drooling. :) Anyway, I've dropped 4 of the 5+ pounds that were gained. Everyone keep focusing, keep exercising, and keep losing / maintaining your weight. God is good.
