Took my measurements too. Waist & hips smaller. Legs, arms & shoulders larger. I guess exercising is paying off. Muscle weighs more than fat, right? :-)
153.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes - that's correct. I am finally realizing that muscle makes for smaller measurements (usually). Keep up the good work!
