OK, back to keto for me. I trialled eating & drinking what I wanted this last week, still, nothing crazy, but defo still some carb (chips/potato/breaded/yorkshire pudding/cake/pancake/wine) with at least 1 meal of my day. I was still 16:8 I.F too.
This week I've gained 1kg.
I know it's not a lot, and yes, could be water weight, but carbs are just not my friend. I don't 'feel as good' either as I do when I'm keto. I do think, however that also using these products when I'm maintaining will mean I can eat more carbs when I really want to 💥 plus, I do love the health benefits of the products 🔥🙌🏽 But first, I still want to lose 6kgs (well, 7 now 🙄😅) to get to my goal, then maintenence 💪🏽✌🏽🔥
