Cheesegobbler84 I wish I miss those energy stores already but it's the only macro I have room to take calories away from I took alittle bit from fats but I was already very low on them to begin with and I dont want to drop below the required amounts. I was averaging 500 to 600 grams of carbs a day and now I will be averaging 300 ish a day while I'm cutting.
