I have lost more weight!! I just can't believe I have lost more weight!
Must be the swimming?
194.2 lb Lost so far: 105.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

2005 kcal Fat: 183.80g | Prot: 74.79g | Carb: 21.05g.   Breakfast: coffee, louana coconut oil one tab., great value heavy cream one tab., eggs fried w/CO. Lunch: Great Value Heavy Cream, Coconut Oil, coffee very weak coffee, del monte french style green beans half a cup, Ground Turkey (Cooked), green olives, Lemon Juice. Dinner: 1 serving PictSweet Brussels Sprouts 3.5 ounces. more...

Swimming is such great exercise. Wish I had access to a pool.

Thanks sexynonna, In my 30s I was bad to the bone! I wasn't hard to look at and my face and legs were my hottest features. Wonder if at 60, will me still be able to stop men in their tracks! paigesgrandma, Swimming puts curves on ppl they did not know they had!!!

I have been uppin my healthy fats! Swimming many hours. Slow and steady wins the race!
