In the last two weeks I let myself go a bit.. I had one gym session and then holiday. on holiday there was no exercise apart from walking (8k-12k steps a day), food was very calorie and not much nutrient dense, and I did not count my calories or worry about that. For the last three days I brought my eating back on track but had zero movement. I literally spent days on my sofa recovering from the overstimulation I experienced during my holiday.. all in all, it could be much worse 🤣 I'll try and get back into the good habits this week!

@Anne_145 yes, I choose funny time to start (just before Xmas) so I had a lot of distractions and not so much progress.. but still I'm happy I started at that time, if not I would probably be even bigger at this point ..

Exactly, Nunido. Just having that awareness over Christmas and New Year is a start in itself. It is laying the foundations to build on as you go along.
