Not too happy about my weight gain in Dec. I need to drop the 1.5kg I put on last month. What has worked for me in the past is to avoid snacking.. have breakfast and lunch and a little early dinner. As for snacks, only water, fruit and black tea/coffee.
148.8 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
