Did some yoga today after atleast 2 years. I thought I would find it hard but as soon as I started, it felt like I was catching up with a good ol friend! Our bodies have amazing muscle memory!
146.6 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
