Thanks. I am trying to get back down to my lowest again which was 178. Not low enough but I have been struggling for a while.

What specifically have you been struggling with? Are there any habits that you want to replace?

JustBananas. My problem is true hunger. My blood sugar has always been volatile. I do best when I eat around 75-85 carbs but I don't like meat much or fat so it makes it hard. I am pleased with how much I have lost.

I am getting hungry on my latest plan. Been trying to have fruits and low fat snacks for when distracting myself doesn't work. Good job, hang in there.

I remember you being a very picky eater, Morticia. Some high fiber veggies can be filling and take the edge off of the hunger. Roasting & stir frying things like acorn/butternut squash, zuccini, & brussel sprouts are easy. And I dump a bag of spinach into everything from soup to sauce as the last step to just wilt it down. Staying out of restaurants is huge, but basically a menu shake-up to at least adapt to the season could help. I'm in the same boat in shuffling the deck to create movement on the scale.

I'm getting around 29gma of fiber a day and sometimes more. I think I reached a point where I have to eat less calories and move more. It happened the last time I lost a lot of weight. Weed out some of the less than great carbs.
