Yesterday was supposed to be my rest day and first real day off in afew weeks but I spent the day helping my sister move instead lol I'm beat had to put all those new muscles to work all day 😄 it was pretty funny though everyone else was sweating and asking to take breaks and put the furniture down and I'm just relaxed not breaking a sweat at all thinking to myself alright guys let's just get this over with I want to go lay down now haha. It was the kind of real world proof that all the work we do really has such a massive improvement on health and quality of life not just asthetics.

Speaking of health, have you been to the doctor's to get labwork for your blood? Function and aesthetics are just the outsides. Since a lot of ailments are a slow build, many people don't get checked out until something major goes wrong (like chest pains or digestive distress). Annual physicals can catch a lot of stuff early on, in case your prior sins left damage in their wake.

JustBananas sadly no I keep pushing that off to another day. Im pretty bad about going to the doctor. Hell lats year I broke my elbow mountain biking and kept riding for a bit then didn't go get an xray until the next day when the pain got to be unbearable at work. I'll try to do better and make that appointment I know it needs to happen.

Do you have a commercial drivers license for work? I used to get a physical every 2 years to maintain mine, and checking for diabetes and vision problems were top of their list.

I thought I was going to gain or maintain this week but I came in light this morning. It knocked off my high days this week and I lost 0.4lbs. If my appetite stays the same, I will gain this week. I was just under 2800cals average this week and still hungry every night. IDK what the cause is. I added creatine almost two weeks ago and started weights again because I'm too small and not even shredded yet. This cutting crap should (hopefully) be over in 4 weeks. lol

Sounds like you're missing out on all the fun monthly DMV drug tests then: Breathalizer (Martini or Minty-Fresh?) followed by the Cup 'o Pee (Cannabis or Kidney Stones?). Yeah, drive the diet trucks for that 10,000 & under club.🚚🛴
