Got up and dropped the kids off to school. But my body doesn't feel like moving much in this 37 degrees. It should warm up soon though.

wifey9707 I tried the getting moving thing got a nice walk in in the rain but now I'm more tired 😆 I'm going to sleep like a baby tomorrow night though with less than 24 hours left of my 2 week oncall im ready for it to end. lots of potential for a long night tonight with thunderstorms and strong gusty winds predicted all day today

HMMM..... must be a theme here. I was dragging this morning from post workout lunges last night. I think I have expressly told everyone how much I HATE lunges. I know they are good for your core........but I struggle!

Redporchlady that's it I'm convinced the world is against us all today hahah I taked to the wife she's dragging today too must be something in the air. They use to destroy us with lunges in Highschool for lax and ice hockey deffintly not on my list of favorite exercises
