42 here today…feels warm…compared to the 32 yesterday…lol…il take it any day…
Just been resting…makes for longer days..and a lot of nap time…but getting better each day…only 1 pain pill yesterday…and that was for my back….so….must be getting better…gauze is starting to come off …sleeping better at night..just need to cut down on water consumption earlier in the day….
Well…need to get ready for breakfast…

Good morning! It’s in the 50’s here, high 67 and sunny. Nice day to get out. Opened window and drinking ☕️☕️. Glad you are feeling better each day and getting plenty of rest. I’ve been getting up later on my half a muscle relaxer but it helps til my appointment. Keep resting! 👍 Happy Monday!:)

Been moving around more today…lowered the bands on resistance bands to 50 pounds…it’s light…but my back can tolerate it….just need to get the workout in…helps me stay more focused….helps burn what I eat….lol..not gonna over do it…my back will tell me…just need to move some….
