Wow one cheat weekend and put on 4lbs...weeks of dieting to lose that
254.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

water weight. you would have had to have eaten 14000 Cals over maintenance to gain 4 pounds it will melt off in a week.
