This is the lightest I’ve been for 25 years , and although I’m starting to look shredded I’m feeling small in myself ( maybe body dysmorphia ) I’m going to stick to this deficit for 3 more weeks , then decide whether to go big and full again , I miss my double chin , and big muscles and full face I’ve gone from 38 waist to 32 nothing fits me
Let’s see how I feel , keep watching
