Small update, I was struggling for a while to control my eating but right now I'm on a 3 day streak of eating at a deficit 😁👍
I walked for 3.5 miles today, I also got my gym membership again and went today, my arms are super sore haha
I'm hoping to increase my streak of eating at a deficit, last month I only had 6 days in total where I ate less than 2000 calories so right now my goal is to get to 6 days and also get past it :)
