Weird feeling. First time since 1-27-14 that the scale didn't move downward. I upped my calories this week to around 2400, rode my mountain bike 30.2 miles, weight trained 6 days with the only rest day today and upped my protein amount with an concerted effort to eat more protein than veggies.
I really like what I'm seeing in the mirror, especially with the way the weight training is starting to show, so I am not too concerned with the number........ Still, what a weird feeling.
