Whats going on since this time last week, its showing that I have only lost 0.1kg of weight my daily average calories are 1195, goal says 1500. should I be eating the full 1500?
137.3 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
