i am so sorry for your loss, i understand this must be an incredibly difficult time for you. it's perfectly okay to put aside your goals and focus on yourself mentally for a bit. grieving is a slow and painful process, but despite how it may feel now, things do start to feel better. i 100% recommend talking to someone like a therapist if you aren't already, as in my personal experience, opening up about my grief helped tremendously. also, know it's okay to hurt. i found i avoided thinking about and letting myself feel my grief and it was hell. this will hurt and i know it doesn't seem beneficial but it is absolutely crucial that you let yourself hurt, that you let yourself accept these awful feelings that come with the passing of your father. it just may be the only true way you'll begin to heal. im praying for you and your family, you're gonna be okay just keep your head up high and know he's in a good place now. he's watching over you hun, and im sure he wants the best for you. you've got this<3
