@尼歐NEO 因為每天都是早上去過洗手間才量的,加上體脂率也在一天之內降了0.9%,所以我只能假設是水分滯留的份量🤣

看長期的資料比較準確,用一段時間的資料,比對這一段時間的飲食跟運動,應該會有結論。把更多一段一段資料比對的結果做分析,能夠更準確的回答自己的問題😁😁😁
