Coming down quite nicely. Another 1 lb lost i think.. 17st 8lbs now? ok its 8.25lbs..but lets treat myself to a little bit of rounding down. Started week at 114kg so 2.3kg down so far this week, but note prior week weight loss minimal. overall 3st 4.5lbs lost.
