Yippee, made one of my target weights of under 18st. im 17st 13.8lbs. thats 3 stones lost. It will go up and down a bit but hopefully ill maintain that by Monday 8 weeks weigh in. Now for next target.. 16st 13.8lbs lol.. another stone by 31st December!! Can I lose 4 stone in 3 months? Lets see..
