🤣😂🤣😂 I only wish I could.. never mind.. I'll have to go for a walk this afternoon in this dreary weather and the same again tomorrow.. next weigh in is supposed to be Sunday morning! I'll also have to try tweaking my meals a bit! Lol

You've still got a few days :) I weigh every monday well thats the day for me that counts and I log it but it do step on the scales to make sure I'm not going the wrong way, but only 1/2 off so far and it's so not happy lol we can be grumpy together lol

well last time I was on a proper diet about 3 years ago.. once I started loosing weight, apart from the normal blips, .. I found I couldn't stop.. even though I upped my calories n started eating potatoes and all sorts of stuff I ended up going down to 7 stone 2 which was really too much.. about 7 & a half -7 stone 10 suits me fine.. which I am now 7.10 but wanted to get down to at least 7& a half to make room for Xmas!!! lol
