Wow what a surprise! one tweek to my diet and immediate results!
302.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 142.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@CrystalJo74: Reducing my Carb intake to about 80-90 grams a day. I have PCOS, which makes my body store carbs instead of using them, so reducing my intake is the best solution for me, personally.
