gotta watch the carbs, gotta watch the carbs, gotta remember that PCOS slows down weight loss with carbs. I was dropping weight when I ate 70g to 90g of carbs per day. Im gonna have to pay closer attention while avoiding going into ketosis.
304.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 144.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
