Happy I'm finally in the 70's, this is probably the lightest I've been in more than 2 years :)
A thing I've tried to do which might help others is I've still been eating a lot of the same stuff as before, stuff that I like, but I've just been trying to reduce the portions so that I stay under 2000 calories.
I also heard that carbs are good to eat as they'll give you more energy so you won't feel tired even though you're losing weight. I don't really feel tired, I just have a rumbling stomach sometimes haha
Also I've been drinking 1 cup of green tea a day for about a month now since I've heard that's supposed to be helpful for losing weight/digestion :)
