🧐 Just coming off my son’s graduation party 🎈 There was cake. I’m being disciplined, but my scale is so off it’s crazy. The party was Saturday. My waist looks smaller, MEASURING smaller- 2” loss- but I’m just eating so late. Any rogue advice on timing of eating vs sleep? So far I think I’m just affecting my morning weights.
Oh yeah I also got off the laxatives on account of my breastfeeding so I’m still just weighing what’s in the tube 🚇 lol 😆 😉😉
Now that I have stated my case and given every excuse, I’m going to go workout with myself in my living room with my babies and my cats like every other day. Carry on.

If i sleep until lunch, skipping breakfast is easy. Sadly, the frequency is not there. 😝

2" off the waist = Home Run. Let's go! I say eat whenever you want as long as it doesn't fuck with your sleep too much.

Jimmiepop that’s what I think too! It’s possible that my shape is reconfiguring and I’m not seeing it on the scale. But I’m still going to crush this plateau because it’s bothering me. Thank you Ariel! Katsolo I’m with you, sleeping in is THE PERFECT WAY to weight loss 😴😴😴 I’m getting to sleep about 10 and up at 7!
