Trx 先停掉啦~ 身體狀況不太好的時候,不要劇烈運動,只會造成身體負擔~ 每天去快走或超慢跑就好,瑜珈可以~ 吃的控制一下,不是要你吃少,是要吃健康~ 等身體健康了,再來好好減重,不然也沒啥效率~
