gone back up again :o(
i think its because of some certain hormones getting ready for a certain time of the month as that can make you bloated and seem like youve put on weight, i think for this week im going to focus on maintaining to try not to push my body rn :o)
127.9 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
