Today is the first day of my fitness journey. I've gained 100lb in 18 months. The plan is to lose it again 💪

1915 kcal Fat: 63.33g | Prot: 117.26g | Carb: 217.83g.   Breakfast: Twinings Mango & Lychee Green Tea, Innocent Gorgeous Greens. Lunch: Sainsbury's Salad Cream, Cathedral City Extra Mature Cheddar, Tesco Romaine Lettuce Hearts , Sainsbury's Baby Plum Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel) , Asda Spring Onions, Sainsbury's Be Good to Yourself Coleslaw . Dinner: Grape Juice Drink, Bertolli Light Spread, Sainsbury's Tiger Bread, Parsnips , Cooked Carrots (from Fresh), Onions , Cooked Swede (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Courgette, Colman's Beef Casserole Mix, Sainsbury's Extra Lean Diced Beef. Snacks/Other: Jacob's Mini Cheddars Original, Sainsbury's Honey Nut Cornflakes, Cadbury Flake (25g), Sainsbury's Pink Lady Apple Bag, PG tips Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk. more...
