** YOU - YES, YOU! - AREN'T DONE YET! **
The game isn't over and you don't need to press pause.
You still have it within you to crush this wishy washy stuff RIGHT NOW!
Folks tend to slow down this time of year...
"Less than a couple weeks out from the big food days (or even currently), so why should I continue on my weight loss trend and exercise program? It's all gonna get undone anyhow."
"Sure I've seen great results, but I need a break and this is my excuse to take the next couple weeks to 'recover' and not think about restricting my food intake."
It's up to you to commit to your New Year's resolution... STARTING NOW!! Waiting until January accomplishes nothing, honestly.
Here's you mission to stay on track for the next... well, FOREVER actually:
(1) [continue to] Eat and exercise in a way that is causing you to get closer and closer to your goal weight/look/health markers.
(2) When the day comes that you need that "break" or special holiday meal, TAKE IT! GO CRAZY! Eat the WHOLE _____ without remorse! Give yourself permission to enjoy it!
(3) Next day: back to work with the eating and exercise that is more in line with your goals.
(4) No matter how much damage you did on the scale the next morning, it didn't UNDO all your hard work; you're not all of a sudden some gluttonous piggy lol.
You had fun, but the party's over now. Pick your food-hangover self off the bathroom floor and let's go!
(5) In less than a week, the scale will settle back to your original number like nothing even happened (it was mostly water and bulk anyhow).
It's a great time of year - yes, even THIS year, 2020 lol! No packed gyms in January in most places because... no gyms lol.
Don't take a cheat WEEK. Just take a meal or day once in awhile - not as a "reward" - as a VACATION. You'll regain your focus and feel more energetic and motivated.
The break will get you back in the zone mentally more than physically, honestly.
You'll CAN do it!
Let's do this!
