marinarag's Journal, 11 December 2020

I've had such a stressful week. I'm glad it's over and I'm able to enjoy my weekend.
I was also able to really pinpoint one of the things that triggers my bingeing/indulging though! the answer? the feeling of not being in control of my own success and the feeling of inferiority.
Typing that out makes me think 'i mean duh, most eating issues stem from a control issue' but I guess it's just different when you feel it in your own brain and body. I wanted to binge today, go to the gas station and buy chips and pop tarts and cakes but I didn't! I stayed strong!

Good job sticking to the plan! Stress usually accompanies the feeling of being out of control.

Good job with the self control. My triggers to want to binge is anger. Knowing this helps me keep it in check most times.
