well this morning I woke up and laid in the bed and looked at Instagram for about 2 and 1/2 hours and that inspired for lunch so I just popped some sweet potatoes in the oven after I rub them up with some olive oil and salt and pepper, I'm pretty excited. This is my empty stomach weight. I'm considering wearing a waist trainer again. Would that be going too far?
239.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 69.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
