大概是恢复健身,肌肉和含水都增加了吧。没有体脂秤,看不出来变化导向,只能这样安慰自己了。
不过早起对着镜子,提醒确实比一个多月前好看了许多,好歹是扎实地掉了10斤肉,继续努力,还有6斤在前方。
轻断食继续中。。。
