On-line for the first time in forever... Not feeling overweight, i.e. thighs are not rubbing together, but I still have that visceral fat clinging to me like a tick on a dog. Drinking water and portion control have been my two main sources of weight loss. Getting more sleep (and by association not eating :-)) also helps. I have started a very light and easy exercise routine of push ups, squats, plank, and dips just to get some muscle rebuilding going. Now that spring is here (in theory and by calendar), I can go out and ride this bike of mine and do yard work. Not just ride a lawn tractor either. I'm talking about felling trees, trimming branches, cooking hot dogs by the fire the tree branches were trimmed from, etc. Got to get off my *donkey*.
