Going to go back to weighing in once a month. Family are now telling me that I look drawn and I’ll. shite! I just need a decent sleep! Whatever that is. Not sure if I’ll reach my revised goal of 90kg. Working on trying to tighten a little bit off abdominal skin but we’ll see. May be a scalpel job! I’m luck really, near 16stone down in 20 months, no slack chest skin or legs, arms etc. Just a bit on the gut that I’m soooo self conscious about. Here’s tae us, wha’s like is?
