Significant gain 😔 It has been tough since my car accident in August and I haven’t been able to get back into a good pattern. I’m ready to restart in the new year and get back on track and beyond.
224.2 lb Lost so far: 79.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
