這種都是假象,隔天就消了,我要是連續暴吃好幾天,通常一下上2、3公斤都碼很正常⋯ 只要乖一點就回去了,一天平均能⬇️1公斤,幾天就回去了⋯ 你今天有秘密武器,明天就消了啦⋯ 離打回原形還很遠,沒事沒事⋯
