Really don’t know why it’s gone up..... especially as I’ve been eating less rubbish foods and more fruit.
Again because of my long 12 hour / 9 hours sleep pattern I won’t get time for gym.
JOB CHANGE IS ON THE CARDS
208.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
