I havent been on this site since mid March in that time Ive gained 11 pounds. Could have been a lot worse with the amount of cider ive been drinking. Anyway time to get back on the horse and lose some weight. Holiday to Turkey in a month so a target to aim for. Its nice to be back. I really feel recording everything and following a 5:² regime works.
