This is my first weigh in since returning home. I spent last week in Tennessee. We had a great time in Nashville on the Honky Tonk Highway. I tracked my eating but ate unrestricted the whole week. The resort we stayed at had a fantastic gym but we didn't walk everyday. The days we did walk, we encountered a lot of hills and valleys in the mountains. Most days I ate over my caloric goal, met or exceeded my protein goal. About half of the week I did not hit all activity goals. I did reach my weight goal but again it was at the sacrifice of an increase in body fat. My body fat is at 21.3% and is way out of range. I have to go back out of town next week but where I'm going is in the mountains here in Virginia. They have a great gym there. I hope to step up my activity and hopefully reduce some body and not loose too much weight...
