哈哈,我有一種瘋魔的勁,通常都三分鐘熱度,只要沒在三分鐘消退,就會有種矯枉過正的態度,有點嚴苛,所以line 的狀態還換成不瘋魔不成活。因為我就瘋瘋的,哈哈,但是我有保持正確觀念,不節食,努力吃到基代💪,而且最近越吃越犯規了😂

哈哈,約哥這樣真的不OK耶哪有人吃飽量的,尼歐,我連續三天早上睡醒量,跟晚上睡前量,發現體脂那0.幾的上下波動真的是沒道理的,所以決定放過自己,一樣每週一睡醒量就好
