Ok, did everything I could to drop a single pound!! It should be falling off me but there it is, micro ounces a day. There is deliciousness everywhere, amazing chunks of milk chocolate, aromatic foreign delicacies and of course to die for cakes and cookies. And did I even go there? No! I'm to busy counting steps and having my phone fitness app telling me I must do more, more, more. I am practising for a hike on the Great Canadian Trail in a weeks time so I'm putting in the k's for sure. My Westies are exhausted on our returns. Anyway another one of those weeks were it's a pound and I have to be satisfied. Almost at my first milestone and by next week should be there. I want to actually buy one of those folding chairs that has a weight limit and be nowhere near their hurtful number.
