Well, another week of exercising and eating 0 white stuff!!! We gave away all of our sugar and flour as well as pasta and rice to my daughter who tells me it's easier and cheaper to feed her family that than to eat healthier and I believe her. So it's perogies and noodles. Anyway, I digress. Somehow I managed to lose a lb without having to take any pre-colonoscopy bowel scrapper. Alert the media, an entire lb!!! Hey, it didn't go on in one day so it shouldn't come off in one day either. Went to Dollarama yesterday and almost lost my mind on the chocolate bar aisle. Who knew there were 50,000 varieties of delicious chocolate bars and treats? I got an old guy to twist my arm and left the premises without so much as a sniff of one of my favourite Island coconut bars, at 2 for a dollar. https://www.dollarama.com/en-CA/p-3pk-island-coconut-chocolate-bars/3021400 just in case you are interested.

I guess my never pass a coconut bar period is over. Keep strong guys eventually it will end.
